The building has been a long established restaurant and cellar door

Having had several different names, starting with Brice Hill Vineyard Restaurant, as many of the locals still refer to it , then as Paddy Gleason’s to the current name of Saltnvines which was influenced by the then owners strong seafood menu in 2003, The current owners Anne and Ken Stott have kept seafood on the menu with a more balanced sumptuous modern Australian casual style dining with the kitchen’s emphasis on healthy fresh ingredients and the highest quality local product.

Anne, Ken and the Staff are all passionate about food, wine, friendly service and a good experience, this comes to the fore with their Degustation dinners.They love the Clare Valley and are only too happy to stop and talk to you (“well Ken does stop!  Says Anne”)
